Each piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handmade and prepared with care.
Ready-to-ship pieces are typically mailed within 3–5 business days of your order.
Made-to-order pieces may require 2–4 weeks to create before shipping. Production times will be noted in the item description. If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been mailed. Shipping options are available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are measured in business days only. Once your package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the postal service or courier.
If you require your order by a specific date, I recommend selecting an expedited or express shipping option.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address provided, and I cannot be responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information.
If a package is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, I can either: refund the purchase price (less shipping costs), or reship the order at the buyer's expense.
All insured shipments are covered during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
For returns, insurance and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
be unworn and in original condition
be securely packaged
be shipped within 7 days of delivery
Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been safely returned and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
